ParticipantI’d say between 85-110 depending on the experience. I feel like you’re slightly underpaid.
Schooling doesn’t have as much influence on pay as experience does in software. 7 years is a decent time though.
Wouldn’t hurt to start applying to Sr. level positions at other companies.
