Hello all, I am planning to move within the next few months and I am keeping my existing house in north county to rent out. I don’t really object to doing the property management myself but I’d rather not as sometimes my job requires travel. Can anyone recommend an honest individual/company that does property mgmt for a reasonable fee? It is usually around 10%, or is the % negotiable? Thanks
