Somehow, I think this deal is going to end up really foobar’d in which Avago’s market cap ends up falling below that of the entity it’s trying to acquire. That would make for an interesting situation. Doofus acquiree could have been acquirer….

Didn’t that happen to Pfizer after it acquired Upjohn/Pharmacia 13-14 years ago?
