    I know someone here will know what the rule is about this. We have a lot of hillside property that now has dead weeds that need to be cleared. According to California law, do we pay for that or the landlord?

    my landlord clears acres of weeds at our place. not sure whatt he rules are. i would think his insurance requires it so he has to make sure its done. also, if the city fined us, he’d be stuck with the bill , right? i think the landlord should be doing it. if its a big job
