I listened to Whitman’s interview today. Although she might have said she would veto the Arizona bill, she’s also against giving illegal amnesty and she constantly repeat that illegal immigrants are just that illegal.
She is being quite the politician by not really taking a controversial stand. If they are illegal, they should be handled as being in this country illegally which is exactly what the Arizona bill she is against does. So what it the proposal from her? Grant amnesty so that the illegal immigrants are no longer illegal?

I suppose just like some school administrators who have given up on fixing real problems on education, so have our government officials in fixing real problems in our budget/finances/etc…
If you can’t solve a problem, deflect to another problem you can solve….
