People on ebay are so damn stupid sometimes.
So I’m selling some random stuff (memory,drive, etc).
People buy the memory and then sends me a message afterwards telling me stupid questions like
1) will this memory fit my computer
2) how do I install this
3) is 4gb more than 512mb (seriously)…
I’m like if you don’t know what/how to do it, then fvcking don’t buy it. Geesh…
And of course ebay just sucks right now because while buyers can leave all the negative feedbacks to heart’s content, seller can’t leave buyers anything (like, this buyer is a moron).
Anyway, definitely not going to ebay chromebox. I’ll probably get something like, “which version of Windows does it use”…..Totally, utterly retarded. That’s why apple probably does so well…
Which is why I stop selling stuff on eBay. I tried many many years ago and I gave up. I rather just giving it to Good Will. Less headaches and I’m doing some good.
I’ve had the same issues over the past year:
(1) One maroon who claimed that he meant to bid $2.60 instead of $26.00 and wanted me to retract his bid.
(2) One Arkie redneck who bought a Mac clearly marked FOR PARTS ONLY, then complained that the cover screws were undone and wanted a refund. I gave him a refund, minus my costs, after he shipped it back to me at his own expense. Oh, best part – he had put the screws back in and stripped the heads.
(3) One cretin who left bad feedback claiming that an amp that he bought (I tested before sending it) didn’t work. Without contacting me first to get a refund — I messaged him, and he never responded.
Too many idiots think they can screw with sellers after the option to leave bad feedback on buyers was removed.
