    Hi,

    Slightly off topic. I’m looking to rent a retail spot in Boulder, CO. I’ve found a perfect place (it’s vacant, and has been for a while) but there appears to be no way to get in touch with the landlord. Giving the depressed state of the economy, you think they’d be all over it, but no…

    Anyone have a good method for tracking down landlords?!?!? I have money in my pocket to give him! (her)

    Take the adress to the county assessor. Works in CA anyway, might work in CO.
