Let’s assume that zombies have the rights of citizens of both State A and the US and that they can be murdered (even though they are already dead). If an otherwise law abiding zombie is captured in State A and transported to State B against its will, where the perp uses zombie’s credit card to rent a hotel room and then kills zombie. Several federal and state laws are violated. The federal laws are invoked because of the interstate nature of the crime. The FBI will be involved. The various enforcement agencies may work it out amongst themselves on how the case will be prosecuted–whether under state or federal laws and whether in state or federal court.

Drug trafficking is a largely federal crime and eats up a lot the federal court resources due to the fact that the illegal substances are transported over state lines.

None of this has anything to do with abortions, unless a zombie can be considered equivalent to an unborn fetus?

A zombie brain us functioning at a basic level but it’s body is dead. That’s why we need to kill the brain.

The people running the trials against the “witches” were Puritans/ Calvinists. Most of the witches were marginalized women, homeless, non-church goers and a black woman.

Here is an interesting historical fact and note the day it was signed. In 1992, The Danvers Tercentennial Committee also persuaded the Massachusetts House of Representatives to issue a resolution honoring those who had died. After much convincing and hard work by Salem school teacher Paula Keene, Representatives J. Michael Ruane and Paul Tirone and others, the names of all those not previously listed were added to this resolution. WRT this week’s Cain sexcapades starring Ginger, Cain and his lawyer need to get on the same page.

Cain’s lawyer:

“This is not an accusation of harassment in the workplace — this is not an accusation of an assault — which are subject matters of legitimate inquiry to a political candidate,” he said. “Rather, this appears to be an accusation of private, alleged consensual conduct between adults — a subject matter which is not a proper subject of inquiry by the media or the public.

“No individual, whether a private citizen, a candidate for public office or a public official, should be questioned about his or her private sexual life,” Wood said. “The public’s right to know and the media’s right to report has boundaries and most certainly those boundaries end outside of one’s bedroom door.”

Cain:

“It is someone that I know who is an acquaintance that I thought was a friend,” Cain said. But he added, “I did not have an affair.”

So which is it? Should we know about his sex life or not? Cain apparently wants us to know.

It is clear to me that he did do some slap and tickle with her, but I think there is nothing wrong with that as long as his wife is okay with it happening. I’ll be very interested in her reaction once this affair is proven – and I do think it will be proven.

I saw this yesterday as well. I feel that it is entirely possible that Cain’s spouse was “okay” with the “Ginger” affair . . . at the time it was presumably taking place.

The bigger trend is media obsession with sex …sells products, sells news. Cain comes across as being unqualified for the job, but has voters’ attention who are on the rebound from broken Washington. That anyone is actually proposing radical tax reform is a breath of fresh air, but as we know from Obamacare too much ambition dash hopes. When it comes down to it, I’d be surprised if many take him seriously, but it certainly spices up what would otherwise be a dour event. If these diversions say anything, it is that personality is a biggy with voters …or a substitute for complex policy issues?
