    Has anyone used AimLoan for mortgage lending? They seem to be completely upfront about the cost, including guaranteed origination fee and rates that are lockable. Rates seem good. They appear to be located right here in San Diego too. Opinions/reviews greatly appreciated.

    I had a client who used them and they seemed to do pretty well. We had no problems getting the loan done and they funded in a timely manner. I can give you his email if you like.

    We did a re-fi with them a few months ago.

    It went very well: great rates and fees as promised.

    I would recommend aimloan.
