NOTs exploded to what appears to be a 25 year record of 604.

I have two questions:
1. What percent of total sales during the month of April did these 604 trustee sales/auctions represent?
2. If we were to take these 604 forclosure sales out of the picture, how would the Median Price and/or Median Price per square foot change?
I am curious as to how much rising forclosures coupled with smaller sales volume is skewing the Real Estate Data for San Diego County.
