JWM, The discussion I made was not about this market at all. I obviously didn’t address many factors because it seems logical that the debate was not about picking a suicidal entry point.It was simply about the rational for using funds that could be considered retirement funds as a down payment. You did understand that I was responding to patient renter’s post on that topic?
I think it is up to the reader to assume certain commmon sense disclaimers,like the ones you mention, jobs/unemployment.
