ParticipantI wasn’t sure. Just b/c I saw 4070 Moratalla listed at 599k and it’s not sitting on the 56 freeway and looks like a bigger lot.
Beds/Baths: 3 / 3
Square Feet: 2,094 sf
PPSF: $286I’m also noticing that since the condos (new and conversions) are well in their decline in CV, the townhouses are following and now look at the twinhomes.
I mean, in 2005 at peak 12360 Mona Lisa St sold for 744k. Couldn’t have had that much more upgrades to justify 144k more in price. Same little block.
