My husband and I recently purchased an investment property with Meridian Pacific Properties. My brother had invested with them a few years back; I watched them weather and thrive during the housing bubble and bust (where they invest in Memphis, TN and Jackson, MS there was little impact). Their services were top notch, they have a lot of integrity, and now we have a positive cash flow property.
We hope to purchase more properties with them, since the 10% returns expected from them beat any mutual fund or 529 plans we have that have been flat….five stars for Meridian Pacific!
