ParticipantThis law if passed would only apply to aircraft in New York, but since just about everything with air travel is regulated by the Feds directly, it would not really apply.
I think the order that laws follow (from lowest to highest):4. Local
3. State
2. Federal

ParticipantYes, but what I am saying is that does the Federal Reserve have the authority to do as it pleases with the economy, more specifically destroying our economy? I thought laws explicity state the role of the Federal Reserve.
Aren’t there laws that safeguard the interests of the economy?
