    So what do you do when you have a current (small) mortgage with CFC? I am sure they will reorganize, no?

    Call them tomorrow and ask if you can refinance. If nobody calls you back that would be an indication of where they are headed.

    I cashed out all my Jan08 CFC puts today. I’m still sitting on a bunch of Jan09 puts, gonna ride those all the way to bankruptcy.

    Keeping my CFC Sept. $25 puts going into the hole. 530% gains on that one gives a lot of leeway on the leash but I really don’t see this turd going back up.
