Is the Case-Shiller Index for San Diego still showing price decline?

With the Median price increase, it is interesting to see if there is a corresponding increase in the case-shiller index or it is just people are buying bigger and better homes?

Yes…it is still going down, albeit at a slower pace than before. Remember though that the Case-Shiller index is 2 months behind, so the figures released at the end of May are based on sales that closed in March.
