How do I get information on tax sale properties

Hi All,

I am thinking about attempting to buy some property at the upcoming County Tax Sale. The parcels I am interested in are small and cleared (no native vegetation) but cannot or should not be developed. That is fine for my purposes, since I would like to use the land for agricultural hobby purposes. My question is where does one go to get information on easements, CCR’s, city/county restrictions and so forth? There does not seem to be anything with regards to the owners or properties on the County Recorder web site.

Good bet is to call the recorder/clerk’s office and ask — they should be able to point you in the right direction. You might have to come in.
