Horse Creek Ridge – DR Horton Fallbrook – 7 New Communities

7 new communities being built by DR Horton on the east side of 15, north of the 76 and south of Mission Rd.

Up until about 2 years ago that area was undeveloped, if I recall I thought an environmental education center was built in that area most recently.

What does this mean, at least for me? To an extent this means suburban/exurb San Diego will extend right up to Temecula.

Traffic will be even worse…

I thought SD had zoning meant to prevent these track home type communities from springing up along the 15 corridor between Escondido and Temecula.

I also have a feeling this will impact the outstanding Temecula school district.

I would buy there now. Nice area. Kinda reminds me of San Elijo Hills, but better. It will take a while to build out the infrastructure of markets, etc. The completion of the 76 will sure help with traffic in the future.

It is/was inevitable anyway, they got another approx 20 Million people to fit somewhere in the next 30 or so years.
Just wait until the massive development starts off deer springs road LOL.
IMO it will just raise all boats in the area.

Those who bought early did well in most of the post-Y2K communities. What would FLU do?
