I am interested in what the conditions and effects of any principle reduction agreements will be. For instance, field of potential properties , level of distress or lack of. Will an attempt to try to sell first be required?
Do you have any feedback on the orignal question or these subsequent ones? Income requirements, can you have other assets? Do you have to be upside down?
