I have not seen the crazy “no nothing” NINA loans yet.

At this rate, it will take years. 34/36 payments on time is still a very high “burden of proof” for not risking being forced to buy back a bad loan.
Same as testing loan mod programs in the ‘troit. Test. Study. Test a bit more somewhere else. Study. Roll out fully in a year or three.
