How would I know? It's all new to me. Besides it takes place in the future. So actually it hasn't happened yet or one could argue that is' 995 years before it's time! ;D

ParticipantIf I remember it right this show was a parody of the first “rebate”. The age is alittle off due to writing and producing delays, but that is what it corresponds to.
Someone should strap our next elected leader down and get TG to prop his eyes open the same way he learned to do it to make sure he didnt miss the deals as the boom kicks off again according to felix. Make them watch the show. Then spend a few days discussing it along with a few other things like how deficit spending is bad in the long run and some other basic econ 101 ideas. This should be done right before the inaguration so that our new prez looks scarry as hell all bug eyed and people listen when he says this is a bad idea.

That is what started this all, but prices did not double from that. All the mess was perpetuated by the subprime, the teaser rates = low monthly payments = high home prices.
