I would hope that all of the FB who get helped by means of a interest rate freeze because they cannot afford the higher resetting ARM payments will have their credit scores trashed. I say they have earned it. They should have some kind of accountability.
After all they are admitting that they are / were financially stupid. I think the “help” should come with some credit score impact to hopefully keep these guys from running up any more debt.

I was just curious, should there be repercussions for taking the freeze option? I don’t think that there will be any because the freeze plan boils down to a workout plan anyway.
