I checked this out over the weekend, intrigued by new 4 bedroom homes for high the 400’s, and YIKES! Indeed it was a small island of a nice looking community surrounded by the turd world, which renders it useless to me. If you jog for a half mile out of this oasis onto East Valley Parkway, you’ll be treated to reams of graffiti, old abandoned homes with boarded up windows, most strip mall with non-English signs, a real “culturally enriching experience” hehe. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
