I noticed 4877 Mission sold for 360k. It’s 34% off the last 2004 price. But considering the condition, location (very busy street) and lot size, I think it’s still a chunk of change. But I can see a developer mow it down and put a two-story place and try to sell for 850k. That’s how ridiculous things are out there.
