All this FHA limit tells me , so far, is that they are laying the ground work for inflation to have some room this sector of the mortgage market. One day down the road these limits will need to get raised again. What will housing cost then?
Also the O.P. said his agent told him limits were going to go to 650K in CA. I can’t find that surfing the web. Does anyone have the a link?
