I was called out to look at some stuff in Escondido. 101 Spruce st where they are converting apts to condos. There are quit a few of them. When I asked the sales guy about how many were sold he said he didnt want to say. Anyone know of these? I drove down Spruce a little and that area sucked (I thought).
Well duh, its Escondido! Generally speaking that area of Escondido is older poorer and far more heavily Hispanic than say the outskirts of town, or anything out east towards the wild animal park. It is however more attractive than lots of other areas in Escondido, certainly not the worst part.
