Including, The Better Business Bureau. I am confused about your point. Fortunately, for United State Citizens we have choices, If you are not interested in this thread please do not read.

November 14, 2006 at 7:53 PM #39990AnonymousGueststopforeclosure, from what you’ve posted it looks like your intentions are well meant, I certainly hope so. I don’t know if you are the principal behind the company or a new affilate, following the links to different websites after searching in google and ask, I came away with the impression that it’s primarily another real estate package being marketed, selling memberships and possibly an MLM. I have asked some friends in banking here, Union Bank and Wells Fargo(Norwest) and they indicated they have their own personnel who handle these processes as do most major lenders. Forgive my cynicism but with all the infomercials on tv you may see my reasoning. Oh, so I take it you get paid on the lenders side?
November 14, 2006 at 11:55 PM #40006stopforeclosureParticipantwhiskeytangofoxtrot, if I were a betting man I would say prior military or possibly current. I will explain as a general overview what I do, only because you asked. I am the principal and have run the company on a local level, Jacksonville, Florida, until March of this year. My primary business is to assist homeowners that are in foreclosure keep their homes, through Forbearance and Loan Modification. Occasionally, I run across homeowners that are able to refinance and I have a friend that will take care of them in 38 states. For the most part we assist homeowners with workouts. As you stated, their (the mortgage company) personnel handle these processes but like most major institutions they have limited methods for handling the issues (inside the box), and it is definitely not in the best interest of the homeowner. I am not sure if you are able to speak with homeowners that are in foreclosure but more times than not they view the bank as the bad guy and the bank has the same view toward the homeowner. My company steps in between the homeowner and the bank who has now given the homeowner a different answer every time they called and even worse given them a plan that sets the homeowner up for failure. We mitigate for the homeowner with a comprehensive plan that will get them back on track and monitor the process. We charge the homeowner a small fee for our service that will cover our admin expenses. We help everyone that can afford their home get back on track. That is only about 20% of homeowners in foreclosure as a general rule. The ones that are overleveraged and have had hardships that have not been resolved we assist them with a different model which I am sure you have heard about, the short sale. Unfortunately, I have to run and will continue later this morning, Oh the Suspense, LOL.

November 15, 2006 at 8:10 AM #40018AnonymousGueststopforeclosure, I have never been through the (thankfully) foreclosure process or any prelude to it. I have second hand experience with the entire process (one family member and a couple of friends) and yes, at times the dynamics between the borrower and lender can be extremely acrimonious. I agree that the bank operates from the position of their best interest and can be frustrating to work with (not to mention short-sighted but I digress). The part of getting both a straight answer and consistent answer is valid also. As I mentioned at first post I thought/hoped there was a true intent to actually help people (and create a profitable niche for yourself, which I don’t find contrary to helping those in this unfortunate situation. Time will tell, I wish you success)
As I also mentioned I am/was skeptical due to the proliferation of R.E. infomercials touting their get rich quick plans.Mexico Resident all I can say is whiskeytangofoxtrot??? where did you come up with that? Not that it matters and it shouldn’t, no, I am not a real estate agent nor any type of salesperson in the past, present or foreseeable future. Hey,
let me make an assumption…. are you John Kerry?November 15, 2006 at 10:44 AM #40041Mexico ResidentParticipantWTF, my comment was about stopforeclosure, not at all about you, I apologize if it came across as about you. stopforeclosure, the comment about 877youkeep being everywhere isn’t that hard to understand. It is a concern that you are a spammer.
November 15, 2006 at 10:59 AM #40043AnonymousGuestNo worries, I apoligize for asking if you’re John Kerry unless, of course you are John Kerry.
