    You can get the death penalty for corruption in China, not sure if we’d send them back.

    The thing I don’t get about these criminals is that some of them are here to escape being prosecuted for corruption/financial crimes back there. And when they come here, what do they do? Trying to commit financial crimes here too by trying to rip off people here too. I don’t get this. It’s not like they need the money…Just plain stupid.

    In unrelated news. I don’t understand why netflix is popping on the hope of getting into the markets in China.

    Do people here actually think people over there will pay to see a movie at home, when bootlegged movies are everywhere?

    It’s almost as if it’s some sadistic game they play. Reminds me of the douchebag that tried to rip of my relatives…And when we caught him, he was more pissed that he lost than actually losing his money. Some people are just…. Shitty.

    There’s also Xiaomi media player that runs their their infrastructure that pretty much gives you access to all the bootleg content people want.

    Do any bounty hunting firms trade publicly? Perhaps that’s the next frontier after bounty hunting for US offenders is outlawed 🙂 Reward for delivery to the nearest convenient Mexican airport.

    As far as media players, plenty of people in the US torrent movies, but there’s still a market for content through Netflix.

    It’s typical of capitalist societies, too. It’s natural behavior for humans who are on the extremely high end of the greed spectrum, and has nothing to do with a country’s political-economic structure.

    How is capitalism any different? Seem greed goes unchecked here on a regular basis.
