ParticipantI’m still looking at houses in these three communities. Anyone familiar with these areas? Prices per sq. ft. seems to be in line with the current 92011 median. All on tiny lots but offset by walking distance to the beach. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.

ParticipantAt one time there was a push to make the entire coastal train corridor into a ‘whistle free’ zone. I think it is done on a city by city bases as they pickup the costs of special crossing gates/equipment. Nothing in the news of late though.
