Hi. Just got a real-estate agent’s quarterly report on sales activity in the 92117 zip code. Seems like prices are holding fairly well, actually. I was a bit surprised.
I was also surprised to see no Single Family Residence sales listed below 539,000 and was wondering if there were no such sales, or if they were left out. They show about 60 closed sales in the zip code.
Could someone with MLS please help clarify – This was for Jan, Feb, Mar 2006.
