    The Summit and 4S are apples and oranges. Summit is an inferior, apartment style unit so you always have someone above or below you. The 4S is a townhome with attached garage. That price looks too low and it appears to be a short sale listed below comps to get an offer and see what lender will take. The comps for it are around $250K so you would have to get very lucky to buy one at $220K. Its contingent anyway so there is already an offer on it.
