    The data is from the Mortgage Bankers Association, and it is 60 days late plus 90 days late plus new and ongoing foreclosures. (Bank owned homes are not in the mix).

    I am a bit of a lightweight on this site, so I should explain that I got this info from a well respected economist. (I wrote asking their opinion on the Option Arm Issue in CA never expecting a reply). I’d love to credit the person that gave me this info, but I am not clear if they would want me to do that or not, so….

    I doubt it is accurate info! 10% maybe, then again unemployment might really be 16%.
