That’s all I am saying, Meadandale was it was staged well for the price it was sold.
Really with the location and the BR/BA/Sq. Ft. situation I was expecting trash at that price. There are some junkers on the other side of Birmingham asking for way more than this one that are not even staged and will require more work. That’s why I’d like see a little comp reset happen, but I am skeptical as to whether it occurs.
