re: I will say though that I believe there is a VERY large segment of lurkers that read yet do not post.
I got turned on to this sight by a co-worker early spring of 06. Thanks in large part to this site I put my home in 92056 on the market in May 06 and sold in Nov. by following Jim the Realtors advice. Left SoCAL with no regrets but many fond memories (and pocketed ~2X my original 96 purchase price after paying off the mortgage and realtors).
I am still hooked on this site tho, and check in 2-3 times a month just for the entertainment value…shame you all drove powayseller out … she was (and is on her site) a riot.
