I’m seeing increases in the salaries of entry level management jobs (hospitality). Employers don’t want single managers that rent apartments with no responsibility that could be gone in two months, they want stability and maturity. That requires a salary that addresses the cost of living here in SD. We’ve seen an base increase of 35% in the last 3 years.
