I rent a really nice SFH very close to downtown for $2400/mo. It is 2000sf and would probably list around $850-900K (not sure it would sell tho). Your rent should be no more than $2K/mo for a $600K condo, which is one place you may be going wrong. I’m guessing it’s probably about 1400sf, right?
