I love Solana Beach its a nice area and close to work. I get flex hours so it would help with traffic. I will look for a small flat in the area. Now my challenge is that while I make six figures, I was out of work last year and did a bankruptcy. Other than that I have stashed cash away and kept my credit clean since after the BK. Any way to convince condo owner to rent in spite of a past BK?
