I have and I just lost a lot of respect for Business Week. There is no such place as Echelon, NJ. Echelon is mall, at one time the largest indoor mall in America. It is not a town. It is also not a family oriented place. It is inhabited mostly by young adults and lower middle class blue collar families. It is anyhting but a close knit community. Anything desireable about it they found was most likely the result of the nice areas in the town it is located in which are on the complete opposite end of town. There is lots of crime, auto theft and break ins around there. the mall itself has fallen on hard times and most of it was recently bulldozed. The best comparison I could offer is if they dropped a square mile of multi-family neighborhoods from Mira Mesa or El Cajon into the middle of Encinitas and said look isnt this wonderful!
