I don’t have any more info on the Oceanside revitalization projects or the new industrial park at the moment I will see if I can dig some more info up.
It’s a poor substitute but there are buses to the Metro station from the Temecula Mall and from the I15/R76 park and ride.
Sometimes being a little ways from the coast has it’s advantages, Mold can be an issue being close to the coast and Temecula is only a short commute 35 to 50 minutes to most beaches in SD on the weekends and about the same to O.C. beaches using the 74 (takes me about 45 minutes on a very scenic ride to get to the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel)
