Well, I’d agree that Bush and the Neo-cons have made a mess of things, but I think it’s also important to point out that both Bilbray and Issa were vocally against the bailout and voted against it. (And in so doing were voting against Bush and his administration flunkies while Susan Davis was voting for Bush administration policies.)
