DWCAP, I want the 125x rent multiple just as much as you. However, I just can’t believe it’ll get that low. 3/2 houses in Mira Mesa would be in the low 200k, 3/2-4/2 condo w/ 2 car garage in CV would be in the low 300k. 2700 sq-ft house in Park Village (PQ) will be in the high 300k, and 3000+sq-ft homes in CV would be in the 500-600k range. That just sounds way too good to be true.
