bugs, I bought my first house in 1988 and I’ve followed the market ever since. I’ve read your posts and what you’ve said is exactly how I remember it. San Diego, like Manhattan, has always been a real estate mad town. It’s part of the culture.
I see a repeat of the 1990’s but uglier. The more things change, the more they remain the same.
