4 bedrooms and 2 baths squeezed into 1240 square ft?
Check out the size of the rooms in the listing. Someone has a sense of humor left.
How many square ft do you need to accommodate 4 bedrooms? 150 sq ft is ample for each. Older houses often have a 150 sq ft master and 100 sq ft secondaries. Personally, I'd prefer that layout to a newer 2000 sq ft home with a huge common area but only three bedrooms. You can never have too many rooms.
Yep. We've seen tons of these in North County locales like Oceanside, Escondido, Vista, etc.
Fun, fun, fun! The bubble is back with a vengeance! Hooray! Good thing that whole "crisis" episode is behind us...
Here's another two in SEH.
