What has shocked me is just how bad some MLS pictures are. Agents- make me want to come to the house! We assume that you are putting the house's best features in the pictures. I don't want to see dirty dishes. I don't want to see eight pictures of the same room. I don't want to see pictures of the current owners pets. So I think we need to start the "worst of the MLS" contest. I do think we should cut some slack to low price listings and smaller older condos, where there is not much any photographer could do. The true "worst" are the mid to high end listings showing features that actually drive me away from the home. Like the kitchen picture in my nominee. . http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-078059784-44... "Do sports in the backyard or add a pool" and "old-world charm" - in other words, this place has never been upgraded nor has anything been picked up since the owners moved in circa 1953. BTW, that "front porch" that the realtor lauds in the listing description looks more like a front stoop to me. Doesn't a porch imply having room enough to set a few chairs on?
