Without David Lereah it's getting boring

Who didn't love yelling "liar, liar, pants on fire" at David on T.V.? Or how about when bombed with data about a crash he says "Portland is up 1.2%." Those gems will be missed.

Here is what we are left with:

Robert Moulton, president of Americana Mortgage Group.“I think prices have a way to go down,” he said. “People are looking at houses, but they have their money in the stock market, which is up 7 percent year-to-date, so they’re looking at 18 to 20 percent return on their money now. What’s the rush? Prices are coming down and people are making money on their money.”

Dude, there's no comedy in that, you are the president of something with mortgage in the title, c'mon bust out some stats on Omaha or some excuses about the weather. When the Bulls start talking like they post on Piggington the fun is gone.

Video clip of a debate where they both agree, this is not good T.V.

David Lereah is no fool. He must have realized that his job at the NAR has become increasingly difficult.

After all, one can only put so much positive spin on the bad news. And the bad news kept getting worse & worse.

Yeah, too bad Learah is gone.

As we know, human nature is such that we need to put a face to the evil-doers. People can thus rally against such "evil."

With Lereah gone, the bloggers' attack on the NAR won't be so voracious and fun.

I'm guessing that David got tired of his mom asking him,

"David, is all this stuff I'm reading about you on the internet true? Are you really a lying sack of shit that couldn't recognize the truth if it bit him on the ass?"

David: "Well, ..."

Mom: "Now David Lereah, I can tell when you're lying to me and I won't stand for it ..."

What would be entertaining would be a tell-all book from Mr. Learah outlining the behind-the-sense story at NAR.

He is probably contractually prohibited from doing this, but if he wasn't such a book could set NAR back quite a bit.
