Most people know I am a mortgage broker here at the pig. I wanted to keep everyone abreast on the progress of our new endeavor:

For the most part...yes...although it is possible to negotiate pennies on the dollar for junior positions on second homes and investor owned right now based upon who is holding the paper.....
