That place looks cool and you can get to it via a number of freeways, Mondays or Tuesdays after work for happy hour is my vote, my calendar gets busier as the week goes on and my body is already in peak performance for Monday night drinking since I just completed a seventeen week program of conditioning called Monday Night Football.

What about Monday Feb 23 at callahans? anyone, bueller? If it ends up sucking, we go for the pizza place a week later. Why does it have be annual? Let's go monthly and move it around. At some point we need to do a Sunday in the vines and you bums gotta drive up to hells kitchen. I figure i'll take you here and show you how we dirt people live.

finally you Piggies schedule one of these elusive meetups I've only heard of happen.....we'll see if babysitter is available....I may try and show as well. Would like to thank some of you for helping to keep me sane and not succumb to the bubblethink!
I voted for Encinitas. Depending on how the weather goes, I'd also suggest the tapas bar at the Estancia La Jolla Hotel. It's worth the trip (and the $6 Coronas) just to see the world's most beautiful urinals!

I haven't been to Callahan's in ages. I will try to make it - just have to talk hubby into letting me go out drinking with the boys while he stays with the kids. I wouldn't want CA Renter and Enorah to be the only women.

Alot of what I've said and how I said it over the last couple years was simply to be heard over the noise. I hope everyone can separate online personas from from real life character. I'm actually a very simple low key guy in person and am looking forward to finally meeting some more of you.

He had this site up back when Mozillo was still in his gold plated tanning booth 12 hours a day, back when there was never ever no way not even a chance possibly to lose money in real estate, and while you couldn't walk 10 feet in SD without hearing "we can get you locked in! lock one in before it's too late!"
In my attempt to expand my horizons beyond my Macbook screen and go outside with real people, I will be there. However, in my necessary effort to recreate the comfort of my online existence, I will neither introduce myself or comment. I will simply exist in close proximity, but not within the Piggington action, take in every word as I have for 4 years, and remain invisible. Callahan's Pub in Mira Mesa happy hour weekdays 4 to 7. If you wanna meet after seven go on "Wednesday Wing Nights" from 7 to 10.

Callahan's is a great idea. Middle of mira mesa makes it convenient for people on the 15 corridor, the 5/805 corridor, etc.
And given the number of engineers in this bunch - the suggestion that many of us work in Sorrento Valley is probably accurate.
