I'm looking to chat with some people who've made reservations on units at Vantage Pointe, or once had contracts but cancelled them, or who've thought about buying there, or who just have thoughts on the project. (Apologies if you're an SDLookup reader and hate duplicate posts.)

I want to know the attractions, the hurdles, the frustrations, the perks -- why are you buying there, why did you decide not to buy there, why are you on the fence?
