Note rate or APR?
USAA is listing (corrected) 4.5% with no points or 4.75% with 1 full point back. I’m happy with the deal I got from them but I will readily admit the processors and underwriters could’ve used a bit of a headspace and timing adjustment.
Hmmm, might be time to refinance already …
