The town home complex in Oceanside, 92057, I live in and rent went back to the bank. 28 units were sold to a private company in one transaction. Does anyone know how to look up the price it sold for? I'm no real estate expert; but, all real estate transactions are public record, right? the complex name is/was Las Casitas and the new owners are One Casitas LLP or something like that. They want to sell it to us and I want to know how much they paid. Thanks for the help,

Get all the addresses and check with the county recorder's office.
You can also cross reference the parcel numbers.
Isn't this on Westview (92126)? - that name seems pretty familiar (I go jogging there once in a while)
As a tenant you have a bundle of rights but first and foremost the lease you signed (if it is still in effect) will still be supported under all specified obligations. Your new landlords will be in touch with you to give you new payment instructions. Once your lease is up then you will need to chat with them about resigning another lease or finding another place.
If they recorded the sale then it will be public record. If they did not record it then it will harder to find.
